BOARD OF DIRECTORS, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

ATAG's management structure consists of the Board of Directors, who help in the development of policies and also function in an advisory position. The Board assists management, comprising the Executive Director, Field Director, Financial Controller and Retail Shops Manager, Market Development Manger by establishing ATAG's mission, policies and procedures. The Board has ultimate responsibility for ATAG's financial performance, mission fulfillment, development and future direction.

ATAG's Board of Directors is chosen from a cross-section of individuals with considerable expertise and experience in both governmental and private organizations. There is also institutional representation on the ATAG Board with members from the relevant institutions like the following:

Ghana Export Promotion Council (GEPC)

Ghana Tourist Board (GTB) and

National Commission on Culture (NCC)

Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited
