ATAG's Management currently comprises of

These people‹ are assisted by other key staff like the Program Coordinator, Field Coordinators and administrative staff.

Mrs. Bridget Kyerematen-Darko,
Executive Director: Holds an MBA (Finance), Postgraduate Diploma. (Industrial Management), B.Sc.. Planning, heads the management team and is responsible for the overall running of ATAG also serves on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Christian K. Darko,
Field Director: Holds a Post-Graduate degree in African Art and is responsible for coordinating all field activities and oversees the work of the field coordinators who hold diplomas in Rural Art and are responsible for product design/development and other training
